The Caterpillar Christmas Toy Store is a collaborative community outreach led by Lake Forest Church, Caterpillar Ministries, and El Buen Samaritano that serves families in the Huntington Green neighborhood during the Christmas season.

More than a traditional toy drive, the Caterpillar Toy Store is designed to honor parents and celebrate families by creating a full shopping experience where parents can personally select new, high-quality gifts for their children at deeply discounted prices. Families are welcomed with hospitality, encouragement, and opportunities to connect with their neighbors and community partners.

Funds generated through the Caterpillar Toy Store are reinvested directly into year-round ministries that support Huntington Green families through tutoring, ESL classes, healthcare initiatives, financial education, food assistance, spiritual programming, advocacy, and community development. The Toy Store serves as both a celebration of Christmas and a tangible expression of dignity, empowerment, and hope, bringing together churches, schools, businesses, volunteers, and community organizations to love and support local families.
