Pastor of Discipleship
Lake Forest Church – Huntersville is seeking a Pastor of DiscipleMaking. This person will love and develop a stream of leaders from a growing group of imperfect people and help them “discover and live out their role in God’s story.” The primary role of this position is to raise up and train discipling leaders; Oversee group life; Preach and provide pastoral care.
Technical Production Coordinator
Our Technical Production Coordinator (T.P.C.) will strive to elevate the effectiveness of all worship experiences through creative application of audio, video, lighting and campus connectivity. The T.P.C. will educate, recruit, train, and schedule teams of ministry partners to operate and support these systems.
Requiring more than just technical expertise, this position calls for the heart of a worship leader, the eye and ear of a producer and the “get-it factor” of a true stakeholder in LFC’s vision and mission. Serving multiple constituents and knowing that specific needs will change regularly, he/she will need to be someone who has a positive disposition and a high level of adaptability.
Re:mix Worship Leader
The Remix Worship Leader is responsible for leading and engaging students in worship within the youth ministry, creating an atmosphere for students to encounter God, deepen their faith, and express their love for Him through music. This role focuses on building and developing a youth band and tech team while providing spiritual leadership and fostering a team-oriented environment.
