We’re currently seeking a Re:mix Youth Associate Director to join our growing and vibrant student ministry team. This full-time role is deeply rooted in relational discipleship, team collaboration, and creative programming for middle and high school students. You’ll partner closely with our Youth Ministry Director and Logistics Coordinator to lead dynamic weekly programming, retreats, service projects, and leadership development for both students and volunteers.
Lake Forest Church – Huntersville is seeking a Club 54 Ministry Coordinator. This person will lead our ministry to 4th and 5th graders as they transition from elementary children into young adults. You will love and develop a stream of leaders who help kids “discover and live out their role in God’s story”
With a strong focus on operational leadership, team oversight, resource stewardship, and conflict resolution, this role ensures that the church functions smoothly and sustainably. This role champions the church’s mission and values, driving organizational effectiveness while freeing the Lead Pastor to focus on vision, preaching, and ministerial care.
The Kidventure Preschool Curriculum Coordinator role exists to manage curriculum selection and implementation for Kidventure. The essential activities include cultivating creative and engaging environments for preschool classes, preparing curriculum elements for Sundays, overseeing curriculum and teaching aspects of Sundays, and assisting with other Kidventure events and activities.
The Executive Administrator role exists as an extension of the Lead Pastor, providing executive-level support that enables the Lead Pastor to work efficiently, effectively, and on mission. This individual operates as a main conduit of communication for individuals and issues needing the Lead Pastor’s attention, manages executive projects to support the Lead Pastor, and is responsible for administrative schedules and logistics for the Lead Pastor.
The Youth Coordinator role exists to facilitate the vision for youth ministry through structures and practices that draw in students and empower them to pursue Jesus. The essential responsibilities include working with the Youth Pastor to develop and execute the vision for youth ministry, recruiting and empowering volunteers, building relational connections with students and their families, leading ministry trips, and executing other day-to-day activities of the ministry.
