Cost & Accommodations

We are excited to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Resort, nestled in the heart of beautiful Asheville, NC. This peaceful mountain setting is the perfect place to rest, grow, and experience God’s presence.

Participants may choose between:

  1. Private Room ($350) – enjoy your own private space for rest and reflection.
  2. Shared Room ($250 per person) – share a room with a friend(s) or be paired with another attendee.

All small group host volunteers will be provided a private king suite to allow space for gatherings in their rooms.

Please make sure your remaining balances have been paid. If payment is still due by February 14th it will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If you would like to use a different card please login and update your account.


Retreat Schedule

Friday February 27th:

3:00-5:15 Check-In & Welcome. Upon arrival please check in at the hotel front desk for your room key. The retreat check in table will be across from the hotel front desk where you will get your name tag. Then drop off your luggage in your room and come to the welcome party. Pick up T-shirt and book if ordered or purchase onsite. (Small group leader meet/greet).

Saturday February 28th:

7:45-8:45 Breakfast

9:15-10:30 Session 2

10:30 Quite Time with God

11:30 Small group

12:30-5:30 Free time (organized hike, craft, or anything you want)

5:30-6:45 Dinner

7-8:45 Session 3

Sunday March 1st:

8:00-9:30 Breakfast & pack up (check out of room prior to session 4 at hotel lobby)

10:00-11:30 Session 4

11:30 Leave for Home! (or stay and help clean up)


Saturday February 28th Free Time 12:30p-5:30p:

You can use this time to relax & explore the many things to do on the hotel property or head out support local businesses around the area!

  • Saturday Lunch – on your own during free time. Onsite restaurants also available if staying at the resort

Packing List
  • Clothing for two nights and three days. The event space may be chilly so a sweater or sweatshirt may be helpful.
  • Hiking clothes and shoes if you plan to hike.
  • Workout clothing and tennis shoes if you want to utilize one of the two gyms on site.
  • Swimsuit if you want to use the pool, hot tub, or steam room
  • Toiletries
  • Bible, journal, and pen
  • Phone charger
  • Water bottle, there is a refilling station in the hotel
  • Each room will have a small Keurig machine with K-cups. Creamer for your coffee.
  • Each room will have a small refrigerator if you would like to bring drinks or snacks for yourself.
