Day 1 - August 24

- Scripture: Psalm 67:3

- Prayer focus: That God would bring non-believers, in whose hearts He

is already at work, to hear and receive the Gospel of His Son

Day 2 - August 25

- Scripture: 2 Corinthians 4:3-5

- Prayer focus: That God would open the hearts and minds of

non-believers at Alpha to believe by faith, and not be blinded by the

enemy’s lies and deception

Day 3 - August 26

- Scripture: Colossians 1:9-12

- Prayer focus: That believers who come, but who are not yet spiritually

mature, would grow in discipleship as a result of being at Alpha and see

greater spiritual maturity in their lives

Day 4 - August 27

- Scripture: Matthew 28:19

- Prayer focus: That every believer at Alpha would grow in their passion

for Jesus and obedience to make disciples after Alpha is over

Day 5 - August 28

- Scripture: Galatians 6:9-10

- Prayer focus: Blessing upon all those who are serving in the kitchen

and food prep/service

Day 6 - August 29

- Scripture: 1 Corinthians 14:40

- Prayer focus: That every detail for each week would come together, and

that this would contribute to a well-ordered Alpha course

Day 7 - August 30

- Scripture: Romans 6:22

- Prayer focus: God’s blessing upon the technology aspects of Alpha

(sound, lights, videos, microphones, etc.)
