No matter where you are in your faith journey, God is inviting you to take your next step and discover your role in His story. At Lake Forest, we believe discipleship is a lifelong journey of becoming more like Jesus—learning to walk with Him in everyday life.
We use our Discipleship Pathway—Discover, Belong, Share, Go—to help shape that journey and guide you as you grow in your relationship with Jesus and live out your role in His story.
This isn’t a checklist—it’s a pathway of transformation. You can step into one area or walk through all of them over time. Wherever you start, you don’t walk alone.

Welcome 101 is the first step on our Discover pathway and is required for anyone interested in becoming a Lake Forest Church–Huntersville Ministry Partner (our name for member).
Over three sessions, you'll explore God's story, reflect on your own faith journey, learn more about Lake Forest Church, build relationships, and discover how God has uniquely gifted you to serve.
By the end of the course, you'll have a clear understanding of what it means to be a Ministry Partner and the opportunity to take that next step.
Please note: Attendance at all three sessions is required to complete the course.
Upcoming Sessions:
Sundays- September 13th, 20th, and 27th at 11 am
Sundays- October 11th and 18th at 11 am, and the 25th at 9:30am
